Do you have a question about the NutriBullet and is the answer not in the manual?
I have had a Magic Bullet for a few years but haven’t used it in a while. I’m pretty sure I have the right parts but the blender blade part will not fit down on the motor base to allow it to engage. It looks like there is a plastic ring inside the motor base that prevents the blender blade from going all the way down. What do I need to do to fix the problem? I have included a picture of the inside of the motor base. Hope you can help. Thanks.

Make sure the plastic ring inside the motor base is properly aligned and not blocking the blending blade. Check for any debris or obstructions that might be preventing the blade from descending completely. 2. Ensure that the blending blade and cup are fully assembled before placing them on the Power Base. Twist on the Cross Blade until the blade and cup create a tight seal. 3. Align the tabs on the cup with the tabs on the Power Base. Press the cup down onto the base to turn on the machine. 4. If the blending blade still doesn't fit, immediately unplug the Magic Bullet and remove the blade and cup assembly from the Power Base. Give the ingredients a good shake to unblock the blade. If the blade remains obstructed, twist off the blade attachment from the cup and carefully spin the metal blades by hand to release the blockage. Reattach the blade to the cup and try again.
